The nearby Kasilof River presents anglers with lots of action and King Salmon averaging around 25 lbs. This is a drift boat only fishery with excellent fighting, fresh from the ocean salmon. After a couple days salmon fishing, try your luck against the barn door sized halibut in Cook Inlet. These flat fish monsters average around 40 lbs with fish over 200 lbs being caught regulary! |
